Our ICON Intelligent Control Network has been an industry standard since 1994, when the system was validated in a joint exercise with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We received an FDA acceptance letter for use of the system to automatically control, monitor and compensate real time in order to optimize time temperature relationships based on the specific temperature profiles in each applied cook.

 

 

Today, the ICONSE is our newest ‘Secure Edition’ control with all the tools necessary to provide 21 CFR part 11 compliance with the assistance of STOCK validation protocols.
