  Our ICON Intelligent Control Network has been an industry standard since 1994 when it was validated in a joint exercise with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. At that time we received an FDA acceptance letter for use of the system to automatically control, monitor and compensate real time. The use of our control system optimizes time temperature relationships based on the specific temperature profiles in each applied cook.

Since the introduction of our ICON Intelligent Control Network, Stock America has remained an industry leader by providing "state of the art" controls and documentation systems.

Our control systems are developed to meet industry standards and are customized to meet the specific needs of our customers. With this approach we are able to utilize standard "off the shelf" warranted hardware. The control system is then customized via in-house programming completed by a controls engineer.

ICONRMS Retort Control System

Architecture
The ICONRMS (Retort Management System) is a state of the art integrated control solution that monitors and controls retort processes. It is compatible with ALL standard/custom spray, steam, immersion and multi-mode retorts.

ICONRMS opens the door to production metrics by providing versatile and scalable visualization tools for monitoring production, equipment utilization and processing data.

The system utilizes a central pc hosting a SQL database to store recipes, batch records and process data. It can be operated either as a stand alone or in networked architecture. The central pc also serves as a web browser. Remote access features are provided via a dial up vpn configuration which provides process authorities and engineers easy access to the system.

  Reports can be exported to various formats such as PDF, XLS, and RTF with guaranteed printout accuracy. Compatible with 21 CFR part 11 requirements (Electronic Record and Signature requirements); 21 CFR part 11 validation available upon request.
