With the utilization of HTST (high temperature, short time) processes, the ACB-Hydrolock design provides high quality, energy-efficient continuous sterilization solutions. The Hydrolock system can be configured for either static operation or continuous agitation. This unique design, combined with the ability to program in a precise overpressure set point for sensitive containers, results in a flexible, continuous operation with minimal labor requirements for a wide variety of container types.
Pilot retorts are available, as well as multiple configurations of commercial continuous systems appropriate for almost all possible container/product combinations.
