Stock Model 1100 Rotomat Rotary Water Immersion Retort
The Stock 1100 Rotomat was manufactured in Germany in 1990. It is of the popular design still in service globally with current parts and service availability throughout North America. Included with this single-basket, rotary water immersion retort are two baskets, two carts, divider sheets and polymeric trays. Originally in service at Rutgers University, this retort has been completely refurbished both mechanically with a new valve package and electronically with updated panel components and control system, new stainless steel pedastal control panel with new touchscreen HMI and chart recorder. All exposed external metal components have been repainted. Basket internal dimensions are 27" / 685MM wide by 30.4" / 770mm long by 27" 0 685mm tall giving this retort a capacity of 560 standard 12 oz. aluminum cans per batch.
